Cong releases lists of candidates for polls to legislative councils in Karnataka, Maharashtra

The Election Commission earlier this month had announced the polls to legislative council seats from Local Authorities constituencies in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra on December 10.
