10 members of Andaman tribe test positive for coronavirus, officials on high alert

There are six notified scheduled tribes in the Union Territory of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Except Nicobarese, the rest --Great Andamanese, Jarawa, Onge, Shompen and Sentinelese--are recognised as particularly vulnerable tribal groups(PVTGs).
