IBBI plans a best practice Code for Committee of creditors

Indian Institute of Insolvency Professionals of ICAI (IIIPI) has submitted a report to IBBI, which is said to be in discussion with various stakeholders including the Reserve Bank of India, Indian Banking Association (IBA) and the government, three people with direct knowledge of the matter told ET.
