Twitter India MD Manish Maheshwari submitted on Tuesday to the Karnataka high court that he was ready to appear in person in connection with a controversial video clip, and prepared to cooperate in the investigation, provided there was no threat of arrest. He had been asked by Ghaziabad police to appear in person.
