The Kerala Conundrum: High daily Covid cases and TPR are a contrast to the rest of India

The key question is whether the state will be able to manage the number of cases which, so far, it has been able to. It was able to avoid the devastation in states like Delhi and Uttar Pradesh during the peak of the second wave when hospital beds and oxygen were in short supply. Experts say absence of surges means the situation is not unduly worrying.
