Only a sixth of CPSEs tagged as 'excellent' in govt's performance assessment

The rankings, shared with all ministries in a department note, have marked the performance of 28 units as "poor". Of the remaining, 18 have been categorised as "very good", 66 as "good" and 30 as "fair". The note has been reviewed by ET.
