File better affidavit: Supreme Court to Delhi Police

The affidavit, filed by a deputy commissioner of Delhi Police, claimed that the meet was called only to "preserve the ethics of the community" (which organised it). No words of hate were used at the sansad targeting any community, the affidavit claimed.
