Food Network star Guy Fieri was rushed to the hospital following a fall on the set of Flavortown Food Fight tore his quadriceps muscle in half. The 57 year old stated that he “slipped down a set of steps” and “one foot went forward and the other foot got caught on the threshold.” Doctors mentioned that it was a rare tear in the “biggest, thickest” part of the muscle. Surgery was necessary to prevent the muscle from “receding,” and Fieri is currently confined to a wheelchair.
