Jaishankar tells Rubio killing of Indian mariners by US forces 'cannot be justified'

India has strongly protested the killing of three Indian sailors by the US military. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar conveyed India's protest to his US counterpart. US forces carried out strikes on merchant vessels off Oman's coast. Several Indians were rescued, but three died when a missile hit a tanker.
