Ahead of polls, Congress’ Bihar unit in disarray

Saddled with many in-house complaints and warnings about the state Congress organisational structure going into a deeper coma after a cameo during the last Lok Sabha polls, AICC general secretary (organisation) KC Venugopal and AICC in-charge of the state Shaktisinh Gohil held a digital stocktaking late last week with PCC chief, four working presidents, the CLP leader and a few state Congress office-bearers.
