India, China have diplomatic options to defuse LAC tension

While the RIC meeting, under the Russian presidency, scheduled for June 23 will not have any bilateral issues on the agenda, it will act as a major confidence-building measure (CBM) between the two sides, according to persons familiar with the dynamics of India-China ties.
