Ladakh locals stress negotiations are the only way forward

Movement of scores of Army vehicles was seen in Leh too. Officials in J&K police traffic department in Kashmir said that only essential commodity vehicles would be allowed from Srinagar to Leh on Wednesday. The situation is grave as we haven’t seen any killing on this border, said Ladakh Hill Development Council executive.
