Officials begin preparations for Bihar elections

Reports from different parts of Bihar said all district administrations have begun preparations for holding the election. Last week, Bihar’s chief electoral officer held talks with district magistrates and top police officials of all the 38 districts to complete the tasks required for holding the polls.
