Reveal reason for not allowing prosecution of personnel in human rights cases in J&K: CIC to defence ministry

Information Commissioner D P Sinha has directed he defence ministry to provide copies of communication sent by the ministry to the J&K government denying sanction of prosecution in all the 47 cases. During the hearing, the defence ministry had told the Commission that the defence minister was the final authority in denying prosecution sanction.
