PM KP Sharma Oli, Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda finding it tough to iron out differences

Party central committee member Bishnu Rijal informed the media in Kathmandu about the postponement but refused to give any detail. It seems that until Oli and Prachanda iron out their differences, the meeting is unlikely to take place, said a standing committee member. Dahal has been demanding that Oli resign both as party chair and the prime minister, which the latter has refused.
