Probe without state nod violates federal norms: Maharashtra home minister on CBI probe into Sushant’s death

Reacting to the development, state home minister Anil Deshmukh said a CBI probe was against the federal nature of the Constitution as the state’s request was until now considered mandatory before CBI could be deployed.
