Pakistan had proposed listing of Gobinda Patnaik Duggivalasa and Angara Appaji last week. The proposal was put “on hold” by France, US, UK, Germany and Belgium, while Pakistan was asked to provide evidence for their claim. That deadline expired today, and all five countries blocked the listing proposal.
