Green ministry gives black look to diesel gensets as Delhi-NCR air quality turns hazardous

As Delhi-NCR (National Capital Region) air quality dips to hazardous levels, the Union environment ministry has asked neighbouring states not to issue occupancy certificates to any housing society or establishment without a permanent power connection.
