"The concept of privacy is to empower individual to be in control of his data. Exercise of that right depends upon the value attached to the said right by the individual. The more the value is seen on the right, the greater control will the individual seek to exercise on the data. With appropriate technology, this right can be exercised with appropriate safeguards."
