MCA amends CSR policy to allow multi-year projects and focus on impact assessment

The corporate affairs ministry notified changes to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) rules on Friday to allow companies to undertake multi-year projects and to shift the focus on impact assessment from expenditure alone.
