A single-dose of Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin in people who had been infected with Covid-19 previously generates antibody response similar to that provided by two doses of the vaccine in those without any history of the infection, shows a pilot study by ICMR. The study assumes significance because if ICMR can validate the initial findings through a large-scale study, it can be instrumental in expediting the coverage.
