The Election Commission on Saturday announced bypolls to three assembly seats in West Bengal, including Bhabanipur from where CM Mamata Banerjee intends to contest, as well as one seat in Odisha. Polling for all four seats will be held on September 30 and counting of votes will be taken up on October 3.
