The Taliban have a responsibility to deliver stable inclusive, governance in Afghanistan, said Prince Faisal bin Farhan al Saud, foreign minister of Saudi Arabia, on his first visit to India. They have to fulfill the commitments they have made to the international community and not allow transnational terror groups to take root, he added.
