Jammu and Kashmir administration on Monday signed an MoU with the government of Dubai for development projects including real estate, industrial parks, IT towers, multipurpose towers, logistics, medical college and super specialty hospital, said J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Monday.
