Calcutta High Court refuses abortion of '32 week' foetus

Justice Md Nizamuddin on Wednesday observed that the termination could not be allowed due to the advanced stage of pregnancy. A nine-member Medical Board comprising specialist doctors, had submitted the report before court. The court has upheld the decision of the Medical Board, which had advised against the medical termination of the pregnancy.
