Bombay HC directs directors of two Essar Group companies to disclose their assets

The court has issued this direction in a contempt petition filed by ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India against Essar Services India Pvt Ltd (ESIPL) and Essar House Pvt Ltd (EHPL). The contempt petition alleges that these firms have failed to deposit collectively over Rs 82 crore in an arbitration dispute over a refundable security deposit despite a court direction.
