An estimated four crore eligible people are yet to initiate Covid vaccination in the country as on July 18, even as the government has made vaccination, including booster shots, available for free to cover all. “As on 18th July, an estimated 4 crore eligible beneficiaries have not taken even a single dose of Covid vaccine,” junior health minister Bharati Pravin Pawar informed Lok Sabha on Friday.
