Janata Dal (United) national president Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh on Monday slammed political strategist Prashant Kishor for the latter’s remark that 'there were no development works in the last 30 years in Bihar', and further alleged that Kishor has undertaken his 'Jan Suraj Padyatra' as a "part of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) agenda" as he (PK) has been working on behalf of the BJP in the state.
