Congress to oppose Delhi services ordinance in Parliament

In response to questions on the Congress stand in Parliament on the Delhi ordinance, Ramesh said, "The Congress party has always fought against the Modi government's assault on constitutional rights and responsibilities of the democratically elected state governments and local governments. ...There is no question of not opposing it."
