Russian intelligence agency FSB thwarted a terrorist attack on a Moscow police station planned by ISIS' Afghanistan unit, Vilayat Khorasan. With Taliban-provided intelligence, several Tajik terrorists were neutralized. They had intended to use a car bomb with propane cylinders and an IED.
