Actor Rhea Chakraborty told SC on Monday that it could order a CBI probe into Sushant’s suicide, but the investigation by the agency should be conducted under the jurisdiction of a Mumbai court rather under that of a court in Patna. She said the case had been heavily politicised by the Bihar government as the incident happened in the run-up to assembly elections.
