Bureaucrat-turned-politician Shah Faesal on Monday announced quitting politics and stepping down as president of J&K Peoples’ Movement (JKPM), the party he floated last year. Faesal dropped “JKPM president” from his Twitter bio. The 2010 IAS topper, told TOI that “he had reconciled with the new political realities of Kashmir post abrogation of Article 370 last year.”
