The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Tuesday arrested two women residents of Kannur in Kerala, who were said to be highly radicalised, with one of whom having travelled to Iran to join Islamic State terror outfit in Syria while the other was ready to make the journey to an IS-controlled territory.
