Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal's arrest as per law, custody was needed as he was uncooperative: ED to HC

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the Bombay High Court that the arrest of Jet Airways founder Naresh Goyal was legally carried out, following the proper procedure of law. The agency stated that Goyal's custody was necessary as he was uncooperative and evasive during the probe.
