Following the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) revoking affiliation for 25 schools in Manipur due to unauthorized issuance of no objection certificates (NOCs), the state government has formed a three-member panel. The committee aims to identify officials responsible for NOC issuance, determine if signatures were forged, and recommend appropriate actions.
