NASA announced plans to retrieve astronauts Sunita Williams and Barry Wilmore from the ISS in February 2025 using SpaceX's Crew-9 mission. They were delayed due to propulsion issues with the Boeing Starliner spacecraft and may utilize the SpaceX capsule if Starliner is deemed unsafe.
