BJP's Ashok Koul stated that the restoration of statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, promised by PM Modi and HM Shah, will happen at an appropriate time when peace is fully restored. He also emphasized that dialogue with Pakistan is not possible until it stops supporting terrorism.
