Tahawwur Rana, accused in the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, is expected to be extradited to India on a special flight after the US Supreme Court rejected his appeal. Rana, a Canadian national of Pakistani origin, was involved with David Coleman Headley in the attacks. A multi-agency team is completing legal formalities to bring him to India.
