A Delhi court on Saturday said it had “no hesitation in holding the findings” of the CBI’s final report, which said there was no case against jailed former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar to proceed against him for the offence of murder in an accident case, as correct. Currently, Sengar is serving a life sentence for raping a minor girl in Unnao in 2017.
