Azadi from jail: States advised to release prisoners in 3 phases

The home ministry said that women and transgender convicts above 50 years with overall good conduct, especially those not punished in the last three years and have completed half their sentence, may be released in three phases: This Independence Day, Republic Day 2023 and next year's I-Day.
