A vulnerable Sunrisers Hyderabad batting order was exposed once again this IPL season as Kolkata Knight Riders eked out a narrow five-run win in a last-over thriller in Hyderabad on Thursday. With 38 needed off the last 5 overs, Hyderabad were clear favourites but an under confident batting order slipped up once again under pressure as Kolkata clinched their fourth win of the season. With the narrow win, Kolkata also kept their playoffs hopes alive while Sunrisers slumped to their sixth defeat of the season.
