Delhi schools bomb threat: Instead of an individual, some organisation is involved, say Delhi police sources

After more than 100 schools in Delhi-NCR received bomb threats, police investigations suggest the involvement of an organization rather than an individual. The timing, scale, and use of Russian IP addresses via VPNs point towards a conspiracy. The Special Cell of Delhi Police has filed an FIR against unidentified individuals and is investigating from various angles, including the possibility of involvement of external actors like ISI or a joint conspiracy with China.
