View: Is Kashmir seeing the beginning of another exodus of Pandits, a mini-one this time?

Each targeted killing intensifies the understandable apprehension and fear in the minds of the minorities in J&K. The former Director General of Police (DGP) J&K, Mr S P Vaid, has been quoted on TV news-channels as saying that the cycle of fear can be broken if Kashmiri Pandits and other Hindus are temporarily relocated to the district headquarters.
