Sinha announced relief of Rs 50,000 for each person injured in the attacks. “A blast occurred around 11am in an old Bolero car parked near a mechanic shop, resulting in injuries to five people standing nearby. They were shifted to hospital and their condition is stable,” said Mukesh Singh, additional director general of police of the Jammu division.
