During his meeting with home minister Amit Shah in Delhi on Wednesday, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami said “65% to 70% of Joshimath residents were leading a normal life and only 30% have been affected by land subsidence”. Dhami reiterated his remark in Dehradun on Thursday.
